🌐 Public Website

The LIPAIX public website is at lipaix.com. It's what your audience, ticket buyers, and curious visitors see. You manage all content from MyLipaix — you never edit the website directly.

📄 Pages

🏠 Home (Accueil)

The home page shows a featured upcoming event prominently, followed by a list of the next shows. Visitors can click any show to see its details, or go straight to the booking page.

In festival mode, the home page switches to a festival-specific layout with a video embed and a custom headline. This is controlled from MyLipaix Settings.

🎟️ Agenda / Ticketing (Billetterie)

A full list of upcoming shows with dates, venues, formats, and booking options. Each show card shows the key information at a glance, with a button to book tickets or get more information.

📋 Event detail page

Each show has its own page with the full description, venue details, pricing, and the booking button. The URL is generated automatically from the show's title.

ℹ️ About (Qui sommes-nous)

Information about the LIPAIX group. The content is managed in MyLipaix as a rich-text document.

🎭 What is improv? (Impro)

An educational page about theater improvisation, with a call to action to come see a show. Content is managed in MyLipaix.

🎥 Videos

A gallery of video recordings from past shows.

🤝 Partners (Amis)

A page listing partner troupes and organizations.

💳 Ticketing

The website does not sell tickets directly. Booking buttons link out to the external ticketing platform BilletWeb, or to another external URL if configured that way. You configure this per-show in MyLipaix.

If a show has no booking option configured, the button simply says "More info."

🎪 Festival mode

When the group hosts or participates in a festival, you can switch the home page to a festival layout. This is a toggle in the MyLipaix Settings section. Once enabled, you can set a video embed URL and a custom headline for the festival.

🔄 How the site stays up to date

The website caches its content for performance — it doesn't fetch fresh data on every single page load. When you make changes in MyLipaix (publish a new show, update a description), you need to click Revalidate Cache in MyLipaix to push those changes to the live site. Changes typically appear within a few seconds after revalidating.
