📋 Availabilities

The Availabilities section gives coordinators a clear picture of who can (and can't) perform in each upcoming show. Members declare their own availability — coordinators just read it.

👁️ What you see

Go to Availabilities (Dispos) in the MyLipaix sidebar. You'll see a list of upcoming shows. Click a show to see the full availability breakdown for that event.

For each show, you'll see every member with their current status:

StatusMeaning
AvailableThe member has confirmed they can perform
UnavailableThe member can't make it
MaybeThe member is unsure
(blank)The member hasn't responded yet

Each member can also indicate their preferred role(s) in order of preference, and add a comment (e.g., "I'll be late, can join Act 2"). This information is visible in the availability view.

✍️ How members declare availability

Members declare their availability from their own Member Portal in MyLipaix, or via the Discord bot. As a coordinator, you don't need to manage individual declarations — members do it themselves.

If a member hasn't responded and the show is approaching, you can remind them directly (the platform doesn't send automatic reminders).

🎬 Using availability data to build a lineup

Once you have a clear picture of who's available, you move on to building the actual lineup in Selections. The availability data feeds directly into the selection view — you'll see each available member when assigning roles.

👤 My Availabilities (member view)

If you're logged in as a regular member, the Availabilities section only shows your own upcoming availabilities — not everyone else's. Coordinators see the full group view.
