⚙️ MyLipaix
MyLipaix is where coordinators and admins manage everything: shows, members, availabilities, lineups, and settings. It lives at admin.lipaix.com.
🔑 Logging in
MyLipaix uses Discord for authentication. There is no separate username or password.
- Go to admin.lipaix.com
- Click Login with Discord
- Authorize the LIPAIX app in Discord (you only need to do this once)
- You're in
Your Discord account must already be linked to a LIPAIX member profile by an administrator. If you can log in to Discord but get an "access denied" message on MyLipaix, contact an admin to check your account.
🧭 Navigation
The left sidebar gives you access to the main sections:

Some sections are only visible depending on your access role (see below).
👑 Access roles
The platform has four roles:
| Role | What they can do |
|---|---|
| admin | Full access to everything, including user management |
| lipaix-admin | Can manage shows, members, availabilities, and selections |
| selections | Can manage availabilities and selections, but not shows or members |
| member | Can only view and update their own profile and availabilities |
Your role is set by an administrator. If you need more access, ask an admin.
🔄 Revalidate Cache
At the top of MyLipaix, there is a Revalidate Cache button. Click it whenever you've made changes that should appear on the public website (new show published, description updated, etc.).
The public site caches its data for performance. Without revalidating, changes may take up to an hour to appear. With the button, it's almost instant.
