As a member of LIPAIX, your main tasks in MyLipaix are declaring your availability for upcoming shows and keeping your profile up to date.
🔑 Logging in
Go to admin.lipaix.com and click Login with Discord. Your account must have been set up by an administrator — if you can't log in, check with an admin.
✍️ Declaring your availability
- In the MyLipaix sidebar, click My Availabilities (Mes Dispos)
- You'll see a list of upcoming shows that are waiting for your response
- For each show, click to open it and set your status:
- Available — you can perform
- Unavailable — you can't make it
- Maybe — you're not sure yet
- Optionally, add your preferred role(s) in order of preference and a short comment (e.g., "I'll be late by 15 minutes")
- Click Save
You can change your availability at any time before the show. Coordinators see your responses in real time.
You can also declare your availability via the Discord bot — see Discord Bot.
🪪 Your profile
Click your name or avatar in MyLipaix to access your profile. Here you can see:
- Your display name and contact email
- Your linked Discord account
- Your role in the system (member, selections, lipaix-admin, admin)
Members can't change their own role — that's managed by administrators.
👁️ What coordinators can see
Coordinators can see your availability status and preferred roles for each show. They can also see your participation history (how many shows you've performed in and in which roles).
Your personal contact details (email) are only visible to admins.
